Purvatan Buffalo Ghee is traditionally prepared from the milk of our own organically-fed buffaloes, raised with love and care on our farm. Using the Vedic Bilona process, curd is hand-churned in wooden churners, and the extracted butter is slow-cooked over a cow dung fire in earthen pots. The result is a thick, creamy ghee rich in flavor, nutrients, and Ayurvedic vitality.
