At Purvatan, we take pride in offering high-quality, traditionally made products. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’re committed to finding a fair and timely solution. We are happy to assist you in the following situations:

1. Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to resend or replace the affected item(s). Please follow the steps below:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing infopurvatan@gmail.com
  • Include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Clear photo of the invoice
    • One image of the outer packaging
    • Two clear images showing the damage
    • A complete unboxing video showing the damaged item
  • If the order contains multiple items, only the damaged product(s) will be replaced.
  • Replacements will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process.

📦 2. Missing Product

If any item is missing from your order:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing infopurvatan@gmail.com
  • Include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Image of the invoice
    • One image of the outer box
    • Two clear images of the opened box
    • A video of the unboxing clearly showing all received items
  • Refunds will not be processed for missing items, but we will promptly resend the missing product.
  • You’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours.

🧴 3. Spoiled Product

If the product appears to be spoiled or not in expected condition:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery via infopurvatan@gmail.com
  • Include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Date of manufacture or packaging
    • Clear images or video showing the issue
  • Please note:
    • As our products are 100% natural and handcrafted, slight variations in taste, texture, aroma, or color are normal and not considered defects.
    • We ensure no compromise is made in the traditional preparation and purity of our ingredients.
  • After investigation, if spoilage is confirmed, we will replace the product at no cost.
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and ensure a fair resolution.
